Get your sales reporting right before it becomes your buyer’s reconciliation problem.
Preparation and filing of outward supply details: B2B / B2C sales, exports and credit / debit notes.
Who is this service for?
GSTR-1 reports outward supplies; it is not the same job as paying the summary liability in GSTR-3B. TaxFetch offers a separate GSTR-1 service when you need help with sales reporting alone, plus combined packages when both returns are required.
Relevant audience: Regular GST taxpayers. Start with the taxpayer category, registration and period; a familiar form name alone does not establish that a service is applicable to you.
What your expert checks
What belongs in your GSTR-1 working file?
Start with the sales register for the exact GSTIN and period. Separate registered-customer invoices, consumer sales, exports, credit notes and debit notes. Record the invoice date and number, customer GSTIN where applicable, place of supply, taxable value and tax components. A bank receipt is not an adequate substitute for an invoice: settlement dates, deductions and advances can make the two records differ.
How does monthly filing differ from QRMP?
Your GST registration’s filing preference determines whether the relevant GSTR-1 is monthly or quarterly. Do not select a quarterly period merely because you have three months of invoices ready. Under QRMP, optional IFF furnishing for eligible months has a different purpose and does not replace the quarterly GSTR-1. Ask the expert to check invoices already furnished so that the same sale is not reported twice.
Documents to keep ready
A clear working file helps the expert ask relevant questions and reduces avoidable back-and-forth. Prepare these records for the exact scope you want to purchase:
- GSTIN and business details
- Selected return period and financial year
- Sales / purchase registers and relevant invoices
- Credit / debit notes, tax and input-credit records
- Prior returns and portal records where applicable
Use your consultation’s secure document facility when sharing records with the assigned expert. Do not put passwords, OTPs, personal identifiers or client documents in a public comment.
Before you approve the work
- Reconcile sales-register totals with the proposed return, not only the portal’s invoice count.
- Validate buyer GSTINs, place of supply and credit-note links before approval.
- Identify previous-period omissions separately rather than quietly moving them into current sales.

| GSTR-3B Return Filing — One-time | One GSTR-3B for one selected month or QRMP quarter. | View current plans |
| GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Combined Filing — One-time | Both GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B for the same selected month or QRMP quarter. | View current plans |
| GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Combined Filing — Annual | Applicable recurring filings for one agreed financial year. | View current plans |
Visit the service page for current plans and terms. A one-time plan buys its stated filing scope, not unlimited compliance work.
Annual packages, where offered, cover the named service for one agreed financial year. They do not automatically cover every GSTIN, another financial year, other filing categories or historical corrections. Access validity and the filing periods purchased are different.
How expert-assisted filing works
- Choose the right scope. Review the service, relevant period and final plan terms, or request a quote for specialist work.
- Connect with your assigned expert. After a successful eligible purchase, use the client dashboard to discuss the requirement and share the relevant records.
- Resolve the queries. The expert reviews the supplied information and asks for missing details. Review the proposed figures and required statutory payments before authorising submission.
- Keep the outcome and evidence. Retain the filed documents, acknowledgement and payment evidence relevant to the completed work.
No filing completion time, tax saving, approval or regulatory outcome is guaranteed. Incomplete documents, portal dependencies and unresolved facts can affect the work.
